Directions:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 to 2 scoops in 8 to 16oz of water 30-45 minutes before a work out. Always shake vigorously before opening to distribute the contents evenly. Due to the extreme power of N2KTS, we recommended using 1 scoop first to assess tolerance before consuming larger amounts. Do not consume more than 3 scoops in a 24 hour time period.

I purchased N2KTS and took 1 spoonful one night got nothing big, took 1 1/2 spoonfuls tonight and got a slight tingle in my face and some energy with pumps. When I jack3d (ha ha jacked 3d) the dose up to 2 scoops that was it, the sweet spot! Felt the burn, the energy, blood rush invigorating pumps and of course "KILL THAT SH*T" feeling all over. Now I tell all my friends and everyone I come in contact with about N2KTS. I will never buy any other pre work out product again. Sold for life! Thank you Needtogetaas for designing the greatest Pre work out ever, you're the man!

All that needs to be said is NTKTS works. I have taken at least 5 of the most hyped pre-workout drinks/pills and this takes the cake. Jack3d is great and all but you need 2-3 scoops, with NTKTS I need 1 and I am good to go for the most intense workouts. After taking it for weights and cardio it has proven it versatility and ability to provide excellent endurance.
