All I can say is WOW!!! I made butterscotch and apple. Easy to make but...hard to stay away from!! I kept going to my fridge and cutting more and more!! I've been eating protein bars for years an years an years. Now brothas, we can get what the body need and enjoy them too!! Thanks Need2!!

Not too hard to make. Takes a little elbow grease. Requires a cup of peanut butter which I recommend heating up for an easier mix. They taste great and provide a bunch of omega 3 fatty acids.

These bars really are the shiznit. I was a little overwhelmed at first before making them. They turned out great, I throw 2 bars in a baggie and throw em in my lunchpale.
