Needtobuildmuscle opened its doors in 2008 and since this time we have had many interactions with customers of all types. I will admit I was Tempted to change my refund policy and even reworded it a few times to try and word off less then Honest people. In doing so I realized I was not staying true to my word or the foundation that has gotten N2BM as far as it has come today. I am Making a stand and I refuse to let people change the way I treat everyone around me. N2BM is going to stay true to its foundation and our refund policy will remain unchanged . We Love , respect and trust our customers as they do us and regardless of a few people trying to take advantage of the kindness the N2BM family has always extended to everyone. We will never change! We will work our fingers to the bone to insure the right thing is always done . Shipping policy

We ship all orders Made before 3pm Eastern time the same day they are made. Orders made between 3pm Eastern and 5pm Eastern may get shipped the same day. Orders placed after 5pm Eastern will be shipped the next day. All orders within the USA are shipped "United states postal service"  2-3 day priority mail for free. All orders outside of the USA are 25-30.00 depending on country and are also shipped "United states postal service" priority mail Avg ship time 5-7 business days. Express shipping is available for all orders. Express shipping price is 30.00 for USA customers and varies for all other countries.  We ship any product to any country and if products do not make it to you then we will reship or refund but "only if you can show us a customs slip/letter that states they have taken your order" They ALWAYS!! Give you this slip but we will even go to the trouble of calling customs with you on 3 way if that is what it takes to prove they did in fact take your order. We must have prof of some kind though.

 When your order is shipped you will be sent an email from our NTBM.com store. If you Pay using the paypal option you may receive two emails when your order is shipped. One from our store and Another from Paypal.  You should be sent a tracking number with your order when it is updated to shipped. You can also log into your account and the tracking number is always attached to the order when it has been updated to shipped.

 If you do not receive a tracking number when your order is updated to shipping  and or there is no tracking attached to the order in the back office of your account than you may email us at support@needtobuildmuscle.com to get one.  

 We track every order through USPS tracking verification system. If your order says it was delivered then it was delivered!  And we do not reship orders. If the tracking states your order was delivered then it is up to you to work with the USPS to find out what happen to your products. We will assist you in every way we can however we will not reship products after the USPS states they have been delivered unless we have made a mistake with the shipping address.   

 If you receive A shipment from our store and products are missing we will work with you to resolve the problem. However Needtobuildmuscle.INC ships every order with a packing slip. Unless the post office has marked your package with a colored sticker that stats "delivered without content" , "package was opened or damaged during shipping" or "may be missing contents" we will not reship missing contents.

 We care about all of our customers and of course we will work with you every step of the way to insure you are treated with respect and the way you the customer deserve. Because of this exceptions are some times made on a case by case basses to insure we are always doing right by the customers.
