I put a bottle in the frig to get it cold before use.I used this about 15 mins before my workout.the taste was pretty good almost like kool aid just a slight taste of letting you know your still drinking a energy shot.I noticed a good solid flow of energy, and increased focus.I had no crash at the end so overall I'm happy with this product and would use it again.

Review:

I was surprised at how well Ass Lightening was able to energize me. It feels like there is about 150-200mg caffeine per serving. The taste was pleasant too. I love the idea of condensing the power of my daily energy drinks into a quick 1-2-3 shot.
