I've been on this stack for about 3 weeks now. The first 1.5 weeks I was taking 1 burner, 1 slin and 1 bridge. About mid-way 1.5 weeks, I bumped slin and bridge to 2 caps only on training day. Non-training days are 1 of each. I space them apart. I found on the burner if I took on an empty stomach I felt sick/ almost nauseous. So now I take it after my Am fasted cardio and after I eat breakfast and feels alot better.
I have been dieting for a couple of months now....it was for a photo shoot that got re-scheduled 3x. It wasn't a competition diet by any means as I was still having 2 cheats (errr.....sometimes 3 depending what was going on) a week, blueberry bagel with cream cheese every morning and cereal w/ 2% milk (my choice: frosted flakes) post workout.
When I started this stack I was 117 3/4 lbs. 3 weeks later (yesterday) I weighed in at 114 3/4 lbs., but WOW, my physique has taken a new turn. I'm amazed at what I'm still having in my diet and my body looks great! Weight is only a 3 lbs. difference but my body composition has changed greatly.
Well, due to what amazing results I've gotten from this "Princess" thus far...I made a decision 2.5 weeks out from an NPC show here in Colorado, that I will be competing. It's so weird because usually when I decide I'm going to do a show, I start 12-16 weeks out and my diet is a lot stricter than I've been having.
So I've tightened up my diet a bit since making this decision, but am able to keep in my blueberry bagel with cream cheese for breakfast and cereal post workout and I owe it all to The Alpha Princess stack!
