    Question Ancient Strength dosage....

    After reading needto's creatine post - I guess I should be adding creatine to my stack.

    How much ancient strength are you guys taking and when, are you using daily or just on workout days.

    creatine MH usually bloats me bad, hoping A.S. is different

    On workout days three pre three post I use mh on off days

    I use mono on my off days and 3 AS pre workout on training days. I don't really get the bloat from mono so I can't really comment on that part. Sorry.

    yeah i never really saw much bloat from mono either...

    and also think using two different types makes sense though.

    Yeah pretty much covers all the possible angles I think. There are 3 types in AS alone. Then I'm using AMP which has Ethyl Esther in it too I believe.

    I take 3-4 preworkout! Could be used daily, but creatine mono is more suited post workout.
