Alright err' body,
I have asked around here and there, but it's time to make a concerted and focused effort and hope Nate stops in here with his chef-awesomeness to lend a hand.
CAN ANYTHING BE USED IN PLACE OF HONEY IN THE BETTER protein bars so that the carbohydrate load isn't so high in quantity and GI?
I LOVE THESE bars, if they are in the fridge, they are all I think about - so finding a way around dumping honey into the mix would be hugely helpful. THANKS!![]()
