    Default Creatine?

    Power Chews or N2BM

Is one better than the other?

Both good products I have taken both. The power chews are awesome because of convenience pop'em before you go to the gym. The creatine that we got at the store is very good also. It taste great too and you cant beat the price. So you cant go wrong either way.

Is it ideal to preload the N2BM creatine just like I would the power chews?

Yah creatine is all the same buddy. Preloading is fine just remember to give yourself a week break after a month.

I usually use ancient strength because I find that the pills don't bother my stomach like the powders do, but the PowerChews are awesome as well.

No real reason to cycle off creatine. I've been on it for ages in the past.
