12 on my workout days (4 a week) 4 in the morning with my protein shake, 4 preworkout along with Burner, 4 post workout with my pworkout shake! Off days also 12, 4 in morning, 4 between meal 3 and 4, and 4 with my nitetime protein shake!![]()
love gear. about to finish 2nd bottle. i take 12-16 per day. 4 with 1st meal, 4 w/lunch, 4 prewo and 4 post(bed time). i was flat and soft after my pct, gear helped me harden up and gain the 1/2" i lost per arm after pct. i'm currently using gear during my Diesel/Beast cycle. gear will be an everyday supp for me.

Gear with Diesel/Beast. What a mother Fckin stack!![]()
It sounds like gear would be the **** for retaining muscle during a hardcore
diet! I find it hard to believe that a amino/protein pill could produce these results in such a short time since its introduction - like 2 months? I am sure many of you have eaten buckets of bcaa's with the only the packaging(marketing) assuring you that their product is the key in benefiting your development. That being said! I can't wait to be amazed to try another needto product that you can feel and see working.
