How to get rid of bacne?

I love hcgenerate but it gives me some pretty serious acne all over my upper body. How can I get rid of this on my back. It isn't even steroid induced yet the uneducated public will accuse steroids just because a muscular guy has acne on his back. Thanks bros.

acnetame works great. Use a mild soap and the tanning booth helps as well.

Ya, important for me to put it before bed or reapply then as well. If I sweat at all at night I can break out without it. That's when my acne is super bad (ie post cycle).
At that time I need 4 acnetame tabs a day as well until my hormones return back to normal. In college I would keep stridex pads in my car/backpack as well. Showering a lot helped of course as too. Diets high is fat and sugar will make acne worse , so for many reasons it pays to have a clean diet. I don't need a ton of time in a tanning bed either, just a few minutes does the trick for me.

no but seriously, i've been on acnetame for 5 days (4 tabs a day) and so far i am starting to see some slight drying out... i can see a slight change in my skin... can only get better from this day on...
