    Default I Need GEAR!!!

    Been using GEAR and loving it. I ran out just 3 days ago and I seem to be losing a little of the density I was sustaining for a while there. Is it my imagination? Granted, my diet hasn't been the strictest but at least with the GEAR I could boost the protein content. It's like a multi vit/min. I just don't feel right unless I take it every day.

    Just wondering when you take it and how many you take? I notice the difference also and I love it. I take 2 In the morning, 2 after the gym, and 2 before bed. Just wondering?

    4 caps before workout, 4 after. and another 4 before bed. If I go too long without eating , another 4 or if I have a low proetin meal , another 4.

    I know, it's ridiculous, but I like it.

    2 upon waking, 2 at 10am, 2 immed after lunch, 2 at 2:30ish, 2 before gym, 2 after gym

    I'm similar except on lifting days I do 2 am 4 prewo 4post 2 bed.

    I take 2 when I wake up in the morning, 4 before I go to the gym, 4 after my workout, and 2 for dinner. GEAR IS AN ADDICTION!!!!!!!

    I'm taking in like 330g of protein a day! Diet is spot on according to R.S. for what I'm taking??? Just know your a GURU, started reading your **** like 6 years or so ago when I first started at Elite!!!!

    In that case 3-4 post pre and post workout is fine. On non training days, just take 4-5 before bed.
