OK guys as body builders or athletes or just average people all alike if you have not tried this out and enjoy peanut butter then you need to get on it! This is one of the best peanut butters I have ever had the pleasure of trying. I use half of the serving size and get more servings out of the jar, but it goes great with a lot of things. Sometimes I just eat it straight out of the jar, sometimes it gets mixed into some oats or a shake, but the flavor is a good compliment regardless. The ingredient profile is awesome, and it doesn't sacrifice taste.. Like a lot of the food we consume. Lots of omegas, lots of protein, and not much else... Definitely a winner in my book and a great deal if you consider that it ships free!!
