N-energy2pump stack consists of:
1 Need2Slin
1 N2Carb
1 Attack

When one stacks all three of these products the experience is nothing short of super natural muscle pumped magic. The user will receive the biggest pumps of their life during their workouts. Skin blistering garden hoses for veins kind of pumps. The kind of pumps that make people around you stop and say “DAMN!”

Best of all these pumps are reached without the use of over CNS stimulation and without taxing your adrenal system. No geeked out jittery feelings with this stack at all. Just pure natural enhanced energy and pumps brought on by a combination of enhanced nutrition uptake, quick loading carbohydrates, and Natural N.O producing ingredients. The N-energy2pump is for the athlete who wants a source of natural energy and muscle pumps that comes on fast and strong and last for hours with no crash.
We will break down each product’s ingredients that plays a role in N.O synthesize and nutrient uptake delivery allowing for these intense pumps.

We'll start off with the first supplement that you will take, which will be Need2Slin 30 minutes prior to consuming the N2Carb.
Gymnema sylvestre is a herb that has been used for MANY years to treat people who had diabetes. There are over 20 documented extracts of Gymnema that contains sugar inhibiting effects but Gymnemic acid from the leaves which NTBM uses in Need2Slin outshines by a long haul. Studies show that this herb gets better as one continues to use it on daily basis. Its sugar lowering effect lasts about two hours which gives your body plenty of time to get rid of nasty glucose while allowing the body to the sugars you eat as glycogen in the muscle tissues of the body. Since this herb controls sugar, it also controls cravings which is ideal for anyone on a cut. This herb is also great for controlling cholesterol by breaking down triglycerides just as Na-R-ALA does which we touch upon. This herb gets even better, it also has been shown to aid in digestion which means better uptake of nutrients, one of the reasons why you will pack on muscle and achieve better lifts at the gym. Some people of the holistic community believe this herb also can have a positive effect on the liver which I can definitely see possible since cholesterol is being taken care which prevents cholestasis; a condition where the bile cannot flow from the liver to the duodenum. In 2005, a study made by King’s College, London, United Kingdom, showed that an of Gymnema Sylvestre caused reversible increases in intracellular calcium and insulin secretion in mouse and human β-cells when used at a concentration (0.125mg/ml) without compromising cell capability. A reason why this data suggests that extracts derived from Gymnema Sylvestre may be useful as therapeutic agents for the stimulation of insulin secretion in individuals with Type 2 Diabetes. Gymnema can also help prevent adrenal hormones from stimulating the liver to produce glucose, which leads to the lowering of blood sugar levels.

The next ingredient that plays a key role in Need2Slin for achieving massive pumps is Acetyl L-carnitine. It has been shown that ALCAR is superior to L-carnitine in terms of bio-availability. It has been established that muscle free carnitine availability may be limiting to fat oxidation during high intensity strength training. L-carnitine is known to not easily absorb into cells unless there is an insulin spike such as from carbohydrate loading. Carnitine plays a vital role in the regulation of muscle fuel metabolism through the prevention of ATP degradation. Acetyl-L-Carnitine safely relieved arterial hypertension, insulin resistance, sensitized glucose tolerance, and hypoadiponectinemia in people with increased cardiovascular risk. ACLAR also insulin resistance via AMPK skeletal muscle cells, as we know AMPK is highly stimulated during exercise which is why our blood sugar spikes during training along blood pressure. However, ALCAR moderates AMPK so in return blood sugar will be moderate along blood pressure. Remember Viagara lowers blood pressure which is why some people will take it before a workout to obtain muscle pumps, which is why ALCAR works so great in helping one receive those intense pumps during a lifting session.

NaR-ALA is OVER 20 TIMES MORE BIO-AVAILABLE than normal Alpha Lipoic Acid. Alpha Lipoic Acid, aka ALA has been shown to speed up the metabolism of the break down of carbohydrates. This allows the body to prevent sugar from spiking which is crucial for the storing of glycogen and release of glucose from adipose tissue. ALA is particularly suited to the prevention and/or treatment of diabetic complications that arise from overproduction of reactive oxygen and nitrogen. The aim of this study was to investigate the localization of nitric oxide synthetase (NOS) in normal and diabetic rat cavernous smooth muscles and to examine the effects of ALA on them. Rats were divided into four groups: control, diabetic, diabetic plus ALA, and ALA only. Penile tissues were taken 15 days after drug application and examined histochemically and immunohistochemically. Comparison of the control and diabetic groups revealed that the axons of nerve cells were not identified with Masson trichrome in the diabetic group, where as in the control group NOS localization and immunostaining (endothelial NOS [eNOS]) were normal. Diabetic rats administered ALA showed improvement in Masson trichrome, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate diaphorase (NADPH-d), and eNOS localization compared with untreated diabetic rats. Although there was no difference between the control group and the group administered ALA only, we observed an increase in NADPH-d and eNOS. In erection, eNOS and neuronal NOS (nNOS) may have a significant role. ALA plays an important role in treatment of erectile dysfunction by decreasing iNOS and increasing other isoforms of NOS.

L-Norvaline has been known to increase Nitric Oxide production over 50% and has also been documented to increase nutrient uptake within the muscles. L-Norvaline increases N.O by inhibiting the arginase enzyme. The arginase enzyme is in charge of breaking down the amino acid, L-Arginine into the nasty urea which we don’t want. Forskolin also plays a role in preventing the degredation of cGMP leading to more blood flow throughout the body, then to great pumps.

N2Carb is the next supplement that one will take to achieve sick pumps. It consists of 28g of carbohydrates. Maltodextrin is easily digestible, being absorbed as rapidly as glucose which will become glycogen within the muscle tissue to aiding of Need2Slin. Usually made from rice, corn, or potato starch, maltodextrin is produced by heating or breaking down the starch. During the heating/cooking process, this process is also known as the hydrolysis of starch, the natural enzymes and acids help to break down the starch even further. The end result is a simple, white powder that contains a carb base of four calories per gram, and also contains really small amounts of fiber, fat, and protein. Maltodextrin is quite similar to a banana because both are d-glucose based sugars (loaded with potassium as well), which now I bet you are saying to yourself, now I know why bodybuilders eat a banana with their protein shake after a workout. When you take into account that you are adding the maltodextrin with Need2Slin, the nutrient uptake intake increases ten-fold getting your body into very anabolic state. This will allow IGF, GH, and other anabolic hormones to go to their designated places.

Now comes the icing on the cake with Attack. We got the nutrient delivery from Need2Slin and all the glycogen feeding material from N2Carb, but now we get the added benefit of increasing actual nitric acid production. Nitric oxide is a gas naturally found in the body. Its function is conveying information between cells. One of its main jobs is increasing blood flow by dilating blood vessels and lowering blood pressure. Lower blood pressure means a better pump, again think of Viagra. When your arms need more blood supply for movement or for warmth, for example, the brain signals the blood vessels in the arms to release N.O. N.O sends more blood to your stomach to help you digest the food which will also aid in digesting your serving of N2Carb. N.O has a key player to its production; the endothelium, which works to prevent red blood cells (hemoglobin) from sticking together, or aggregating, also attaching to the vessel wall which causes a release in N.O. It can also work to control vascular tone, allowing the arteries to relax and stay clear.

The different forms of Arginine come into play in the production of Nitric Oxide. Arginine is a basically nonessential amino acid that does not need to be obtained directly through the diet. Unfortunately the actual pathway does not produce sufficient arginine, and in order to have a proper amount of arginine flowing; one must get it through foods high in arginine content. People lacking arginine levels are instructed by their doctor to supplement with arginine. Synthesis of arginine occurs primarily via the intestine renal area. First epithelial cells of the small intestine, which produce citrulline mainly from glutamine and glutamate, work together with the centered tubule cells of the kidney, which then extract citrulline from the circulation and convert it to arginine. The arginine then goes back into the bloodstream circulation. Consequently, impairment of small bowel or renal function can reduce endogenous arginine synthesis, thereby increasing the dietary requirement. Arginine prevents ammonia muscle wasting amino from wreaking hydrogen ions on your muscles aka lactic acid burn. Arginine also has been shown to increase GH output which leads to more growth during a workout.

Remember N.O is important for a valuable part of bodybuilder’s and athlete’s success because it’s responsible for blood flow, oxygen delivery, glucose uptake, muscle velocity, power output, and muscle growth. This leads to more lean body mass, more strength, more power output, more muscular endurance and respiratory endurance, and better overall recovery. Something to note is that N.O is also responsible for anti-inflammatory actions which also improve one’s chances of receiving a debilitating disease.

When you stack all three supplements you are looking at the ultimate pump performance stack available in today’s market. No fancy ingredients, just ingredients that are shown to work and provide the gains you are looking for. I recommend that you take 2 caps of Need2Slin 30 minutes before taking N2Carb. You can take Attack with N2Carb, or wait 15 minutes before entering the gym to take Attack. Remember the pump effect of this combo is available for about 2 hours, so try to keep that in mind so that you maximize the effects from this massive pump stack. When you think of Pumps, you think of The Triple Pump Stack!
